Space Camp

UNSA has been established to inspire, recruit and train the poet-scientists and astronauts of the future – SPACE CAMP was part of our programme to help identify potential UNSA cadets.

Participants sign up as a family to find out if they have what it takes to be the best of the best. They work as a team to deal with a simulation of a space emergency on UNSA’s Earth orbiting Space Station. The mission has been played in public spaces transformed into our space station; the foyer of the National Theatre in London, in the galleries of the London Science Museum, at SciFest Africa in South Africa and outdoors in Einstein’s Garden @ The Green Man Music Festival among others. Extra points are awarded for agents dressed ready for space travel.

Space Camp was made with the support of partner organisation Hide&Seek
